Ncrete, a long-time EBS client, moved their business operation 2 hours away. This client was regularly serviced by an EBS consultant who completed all bookkeeping requirements including payroll.
Problem
- Our consultants were not able to travel the distance to Ncrete’s new location
- Ncrete remained with their accountant and wanted to continue with us
- They were happy with the current office/accounting procedures and did not want a change
- It was impossible for Ncrete to find a suitable replacement.
Solution
- Using remote access technology, EBS was able to access Ncrete’s computer and complete their accounting requirements on a regular basis
- EBS could direct the computer to print payslips, invoices and reports at the Ncrete office as required.
Ncrete was able to move to the new location with confidence and minimal disruption to the working relationship with EBS.
